Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare & execute sales strategy for achieving the assigned business targets
- Getting new clients on board, account management and expansion in the assigned region
- Maintaining a relationship with channel partners, investors for presenting them new investment options for our residential/commercial projects in Noida and Delhi/NCR
- Resource planning and forecasting to achieve targets and monitor channel performance

- Conceptualize and implement new schemes & promotional offers in order to increase the sales velocity

- Review and ensure proper execution & documentation of application, agreements and allotments
