EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Territory Knowledge
Should have worked for a minimum period of 0 - 2 years in the area of Sales in any Sector. Street Smart Freshers can also be considered
2. Customer/Product Knowledge
Should have a core experience of direct sales (directly handling customers)
3. Communication Skills
Should have excellent communication skills
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Minimum Graduate- PG an advantage
REMUNERATION:
2.4L – 3.6L p.a (Note: no salary constraints for deserving candidates)
KEY RESULT AREAS/ PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achievement of Sales and cost management targets.
- Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with premier buyers in the industry.
- Service current customers and develop new customer acquisition to meet sales targets.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from different events and activities.
- Regular Customer Meetings, Site Visits, Event Management & Telecalling.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current project knowledge.
- Good selling and negotiation skills.
- Manage clients from corporate & non-corporate, for both residential & commercial projects.

Should have a core experience of Direct Sales & Channel Sales in the area of Residential / Commercial Sales.

RENUMERATION:
3.6L – 7.0L p.a (Note: no salary constraints for deserving candidates)
KEY RESULT AREAS/ PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure company sales goals are running smoothly across networks.
- Manage clients from corporate & non- corporate, for both residential & commercial projects.
- Service current customers and develop new customer acquisition to meet sales targets.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from different events and activities.
- Team management & driving promotional activities.
- Regular Customer Meetings, Site Visits & Event Management.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Facilitate sales team meetings, sales analysis, generate sales report & prepare MIS.
- Excellent knowledge of property market.
- Channel Development Initiatives & execution.
- Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in the industry.
- Product Designing and strategies for Campaigns & launches.
